10/07/2008, Project Protector: The Australian Shipbuilder Tenix Defence selected MAN Diesel 12VP185 and 12V28/33D engines to power a fleet of Patrol Vessels for the Royal New Zealand Navy's fleet replacement program. The order received by MAN Diesel Australia covers the propulsion diesels, gearboxes, diesel generators and the propulsion system integration for all the Patrol Vessels.
